Duan Wenfeng (the "Provider") respects the privacy of everyone who uses Murmio (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected and used in connection with the App.
Information We Collect
- Account information: email address, display name, profile image, and user identifier obtained when you sign in with Google or Apple.
- Input data: text you enter, transcribed text generated from voice input, created tasks and memos, ordering, dates, times, and completion status.
- Photos: photos attached to tasks. Photos are stored after compression.
- Voice input: microphone input is processed on-device for speech recognition. Audio data itself is not transmitted to or stored on our servers. Only the resulting transcribed text may be stored.
- Purchase information: subscription status. Payment credentials are processed by Apple or Google and are not stored by the Provider.
- Device and usage information: OS type and version, device type, app version, usage logs, and crash information.
- Inquiry information: email address and message provided when contacting us.
How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the App
- To authenticate users and store, sync, and display their data
- To store task, memo, and photo data for continuity of service
- To manage subscriptions
- To investigate issues, improve quality, and analyze usage
- To respond to inquiries
Third-Party Services
- Google LLC (Firebase Auth, Firestore, Storage, Crashlytics, Analytics, Messaging, Remote Config)
- Apple Inc. (Sign in with Apple)
- RevenueCat, Inc. (subscription management)
- AppsFlyer Ltd. (measurement and shared link analytics)
Disclosure to Third Parties
Except where required by law, necessary to protect life, body, or property, or required for the third-party services described above, the Provider does not disclose personal information to third parties without user consent.
Security
The Provider implements reasonable safeguards to protect personal information from loss, leakage, unauthorized access, and alteration.
Access, Correction, and Deletion
Users can request deletion of stored data by deleting their account from within the App. Requests regarding access, correction, or suspension of use may be sent through the in-app contact form.
Changes
The Provider may revise this Policy when necessary. Revisions take effect when published in the App or on this page.
